Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Georgia is seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home therapy team in Hephzibah. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver individualized ABA sessions focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required.
