A Brighter Alternative ABA in Dublin, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy with supervision from a BCBA. You will deliver individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

We offer competitive pay ($25.00 - $32.00 per hour), continuing education credits, and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required
