Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Hephzibah, GA team. You will provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, focusing on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required
