Job summary

Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under the supervision of a BCBA in the homes of children with autism.

You will implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans, participate in staff training, collect therapy data, and maintain regular communication with supervisory staff. Weekday and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
