Applied ABC is a clinician-owned ABA therapy agency delivering in-home and center-based services to children with autism. We partner with families to support play, learning, and communication through data-driven interventions.

The Behavior Technician will implement one-to-one behavioral plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect session data, and participate in ongoing staff training. Weekday and weekend availability is required to serve families in our network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
