Job summary

Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States. The Registered Behavior Technician will implement individualized, one-to-one behavioral interventions directly in children’s homes under BCBA supervision.

Weekend and weekday availability is required. This role includes data collection and ongoing participation in staff training to stay current with ABA techniques and methods.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
