Job summary

Nucleus Healthcare, LLC in Columbus, GA is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to oversee our in-home ABA services. The role directs assessments, goals, and treatment plans while leading therapists and supporting families.

This full-time position requires a BCBA license and a master’s or doctoral degree. Expect a base salary of $90,000–$105,000 with total compensation up to $117,600 and a billable-based bonus, plus comprehensive health plans, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification/license required.
• Experience with ABA assessments and treatment plan development.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills for therapists and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and interpret skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction assessments while prioritizing safety and medical necessity.
• Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that work in real life—home, community, and center.
• Train, support, and advocate for RBTs.
• Provide meaningful, socially valid family guidance to caregivers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other service providers across various therapeutic disciplines to create a comprehensive treatment team for clients.
• Assist with additional tasks that help the team thrive.
