Job summary

Sunray ABA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Director to lead clinical operations across Atlanta, Augusta, and Columbus, GA. The role oversees supervision of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff, and contributes to policy development and program growth.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA in good standing, a Master’s degree in a related field, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage priorities and guide a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and train BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical team members.
• Provide leadership in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance evaluation of clinical staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging research.
