Job summary

Recognizing Children's Gifts Behavioral Health Network is seeking ABA Therapists and Behavior Technicians to provide in-home therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans and help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder develop communication, social, and daily living skills in familiar environments.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to travel throughout the assigned service area.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to successfully pass all required background screenings.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with your clinical team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes following individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
  • Teach communication, play, social, adaptive living, and behavioral skills through evidence-based interventions.
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with consistency and fidelity.
  • Support children in achieving meaningful goals that promote independence and confidence.
  • Build positive relationships with families.
  • Model behavioral strategies during caregiver coaching opportunities.
  • Support skill generalization across daily routines and natural environments.
  • Communicate professionally with caregivers regarding session activities while maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Collect accurate behavioral data throughout each therapy session.
  • Complete session notes and required documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintain compliance with Medicaid, funding source, BACB, HIPAA, and RCG documentation standards.
