Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home support for children and teens with Autism and developmental disabilities in California.

Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement behavior plans, collect data, and help families apply strategies at home. The role offers flexible afternoon/evening/weekend hours, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking ability required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for family engagement.

Responsibilities
