Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and empower families through training and compassion.

Flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours plus mileage reimbursement and paid sick leave. We offer competitive pay up to $26/hour and entry-level training—no prior experience
