Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to join our team for in-home, 1:1 support with children and teens who have Autism or developmental disabilities. Under a BCBA's guidance, you will help implement personalized behavior plans and collect data.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours, is bilingual, and provides mileage reimbursement, paid sick leave, and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency required
• 6–12 months in-home ABA experience
• Willingness to complete training and continue professional development

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Under guidance of a BCBA, implement personalized behavior plans and collect data.
• Support skill development and empower families through training and compassionate care
