Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency providing in-home and in-clinic therapy for children with autism. We support families across New York with personalized ABA services and family-centered care.

As a Behavior Technician, you will implement one-to-one interventions under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with staff to help each child progress. This role requires a BA in a related field or progress toward one, plus at least 1 year of ABA experience;

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.
• Weekday and weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect therapy session data.
