Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its provider network to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. The Behavior Technician will implement individualized behavioral plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and participate in ongoing training to enhance clinical skills.

Work takes place in clients' homes with daytime to evening hours across weekdays and weekends. A BA in a related field or being an undergraduate in progress is required, with at least 1 year of ABA experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
