Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its in-home ABA services and seeks a Behavior Technician to support children with autism under a BCBA. The role involves direct, family-centered therapy, data collection, and collaboration with a clinical team.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience and an active RBT certification; training opportunities and advancement paths are available as part of a clinician-owned network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Ability to work in home-based therapy settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA and collect therapy data.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
