Job summary

Appliedabc in Burlington, MA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to work under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, you’ll implement tailored behavioral intervention plans and participate in ongoing ABA training. A minimum of 1 year of ABA experience and a relevant Bachelor's degree are required. Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect therapy session data.
