Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing clinician-owned ABA therapy agency providing in-home and in-center therapy for children with autism in New Hampshire. As a BT, you work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized intervention plans at families' homes and collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

We value ongoing staff training, data-driven progress tracking, and strong family engagement. Weekday and weekend availability is required to support our clients and their families.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Ability to work under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
