Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans for children with autism and participate in ongoing staff training.

This role emphasizes direct family engagement, data collection, and regular communication with supervising staff. Weekend and weekday availability are required to fit families' schedules, with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Willingness to work in clients' homes in the community.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
