Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency delivering in-home and in-center services for children with autism. We provide tailored training on ABA basics, understanding behavior, data collection, and classroom management to support our teams.

We are seeking a Behavior Technician to implement individualized intervention plans in clients' homes under the supervision of a BCBA, with weekday and weekend availability and a focus on parent engagement and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience required.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education required.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
