Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role emphasizes data collection, ongoing training, and collaboration with supervising staff. Weekday and weekend availability is required; BA in related field or pursuing relevant education preferred; minimum 1 year ABA experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavior intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
