Job summary
A family support service provider is seeking a IIH-Behavior Technician to deliver direct ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in various home environments. The role requires experience with developmental disabilities and effective communication skills. Competitive hourly rates and opportunities for growth and training toward RBT certification are offered. Changeable hours based on client needs will be required.
Qualifications
3 years of experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
RBT certification required within 90 days of employment.
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by the supervising BCBA.
Record and maintain accurate data on client progress.
Implement communication and social behavior programs.
