About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician – In-Home ABA Services, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Your expertise will help clients develop new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve overall quality of life. You will collaborate with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and deliver evidence-based interventions that are tailored to each client's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in a home-based setting
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with BCBAs to design and deliver interventions
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients and their families
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA therapy and continuing education requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience preferred, but willingness to learn and grow is essential
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or behavioral sciences) preferred
• Completion of a behavior technician training program (e.g., RBT, BT) preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong observational and recording skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move quickly around a home setting
