Job summary

Achievement Behavior Servies is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with a child in their home, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement ABA strategies and progress through the individualized BIP to improve communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors.

You will document progress, coordinate with the BCBA and family, and participate in ongoing training and supervision to grow clinically and professionally.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, Special education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and creatively help a student communicate needs.
• Measure and document skill progress on the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP).
• 1:1 in-home ABA services using DTT, prompting, modeling, redirection, reinforcement and rewards.
• Maintain thorough session notes and data for billing and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor and clinical direction.
• Communicate respectfully with families, caregivers, supervisors, and coworkers.
