Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in their home environment. You will be supported by a BCBA supervisor while implementing the Individualized Behavior Intervention Plan to help improve communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors.

The role offers flexible, part-time hours after school with potential weekend work, depending on family needs. Opportunities to pursue further credentials like RBT and ongoing BCBA-level supervision

Qualifications

• Background in ABA for children and families
• Active RBT certification preferred
• Strong communication with stakeholders including families and supervisors
• Experience with documenting progress notes and data points
• Experience with preschool and elementary-age children

Responsibilities

• 1:1 in-home, direct service work using ABA approaches
• Engage with BCBA supervisor for feedback and direction
• Document progress notes and data aligned with treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and team
• Move through individualized Behavior Intervention Plans to increase success
