Verbal Beginnings is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician / RBT to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes, schools, and communities. You will work under a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to measure progress in daily life.

The role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours with extensive training opportunities, including a 40-hour RBT course, BCBA supervision hours, tuition assistance, and scholarships for Master's studies in ABA,

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for in-home travel.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a care team.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to clients' homes and provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a home-based setting.
• Implement ABA plans designed by a supervising BCBA to address each child's goals.
• Collect and record data to track progress and update treatment accordingly.
• Collaborate with BCBA and family to ensure skill carry-over in the home environment.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
