Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) in Virginia Beach, VA. This role involves delivering in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans, and tracking progress. We're looking for candidates with a high school diploma, with a passion for working with kids and reliable transportation. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available. Qualifications

• Experience working with kids or individuals with special needs is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Certification as an RBT is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families and the clinical team.
