Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Already certified as an RBT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children.
• Track progress through accurate session data and notes.
• Communicate with families and the clinical team.
