Developmental Pathways, Inc. is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician for part-time, in-home support with children and teens who have Autism or developmental disabilities. Under a BCBA, you will implement personalized behavior plans and collect progress data in clients’ homes. Flexible afternoon/evening/weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Interest in ABA and working with children.
• Availability for in-home visits and some travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Implement personalized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Empower families through training and compassionate support.
