Job summary

Autism Spectrum Connection LLC in the Inland Empire and Orange County area is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings under a BCBA. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and multi-tasking skills.
• Effective oral, written, and reading communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect data on child behaviors and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to inform treatment plans.
• Prepare documentation and implement the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Observe, measure, and record behavior to identify progress and regression.
• Prompt safe replacement behaviors to build communication and social skills.
• Ensure interventions produce lasting behavior changes.
• Educate parents on reinforcement and early intervention.
