Description

As a flight attendant, you will perform work duties in an aircraft environment, adhering to established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration regulations. You will ensure customer safety and comfort, provide exemplary customer service, assist with luggage storage, and attend to those in need. You will prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages, maintain a professional appearance, respond to emergency situations, guide passengers, provide emergency medical assistance, ensure aircraft and passengers are in full compliance with policies, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

You will be exposed to allergens, open emergency exits, close doors, and perform tasks that require frequent walking, bending, and reaching. You must be able to use all galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment systems unsupervised, maintain the aircraft's appearance, practice safety conscious behaviors, and complete other tasks as assigned by management or the Pilot-in-Command.

Salary Range: $34,000.00 - $42,564.91

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must be at least 23 or older, have a high school diploma or GED certificate. Must be authorized to work in the United States, have a valid driver's license, passport, and be fluent in English. Must pass a DOT-required pre-employment drug screen and random drug and alcohol testing. Must also pass a 10-year work history review and criminal background and fingerprint checks. Must complete Contour's four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program and be able to work a rotating schedule with variable hours. The ideal candidate should have polished interpersonal skills, strong leadership, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
