Job summary

Frontier Airlines is hiring Flight Attendants to ensure safe and welcoming inflight experiences across multiple U.S. bases.

Responsibilities include conducting safety procedures, operating aircraft doors and emergency equipment, delivering inflight service, and assisting passengers from boarding through arrival. Applicants must be at least 20 years old, hold a valid passport with at least 14 months remaining, be fluent in English, and have a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service or guest-facing experience.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to work independently and as part of a crew.
• Meet physical and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety procedures are followed according to FAA and Frontier requirements.
• Assist passengers during boarding, inflight service, and deplaning.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and operate doors and emergency equipment.
• Provide clear, calm guidance during emergencies and security situations.
