Job summary

Eastern Air Express is seeking a Flight Catering Agent to support the Flight Operations team at Miami International Airport. This role focuses on stocking inflight supplies, receiving orders, and ensuring timely restocking for daily flight operations.

You will coordinate crew meal logistics, manage inventory, and assist with pickup and delivery to flights, contributing to safe, efficient service across domestic and international routes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and a physical exam.
• Must maintain a valid state driver's license.
• Must be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to walk long distances, stand for extended periods, and work in physically demanding and uncomfortable conditions.
• Uniform is required and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock and inventory of inflight supplies to ensure items are available and properly stored.
• Receive and organize all supplies orders upon delivery and store them efficiently.
• Inform management when stock is low to ensure timely replenishment.
• Restock aircraft daily with supplies for onboard service.
• Arrange, pick up, and deliver crew meals for all flights.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations.
