Job summary

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States and hold a U.S. passport.
Age 21 or older.
High school diploma, GED, or higher education.
Availability of at least eighteen days per month.
Pass DOT drug test and CHRC.
Personal cell phone for work communications.
Fluent in English (spoken, read, written).
Legally able to serve alcoholic beverages.
Previous customer service experience (hospitality/retail a plus).
Able to travel to Canada with valid documentation.

Responsibilities

Preflight: participate in briefings, safety checks, and stock beverages and supplies.
Boarding: greet passengers, verify passes, assist with luggage and questions.
In-flight: perform safety demos, explain equipment, communicate with passengers.
Emergency: respond swiftly, manage evacuations, report incidents.
Post-flight: cabin prep for landing and complete required paperwork.
