Job summary

Subsea7 is seeking an experienced In Country Operations Manager to join our team in the Gulf of Mexico on a staff position. You will set up in-country operations, support offshore project execution and manage crews, logistics, and mobilizations for in-country sites and vessels.

Based in Houston, you will lead health, safety and environment management and act as primary interface for crewing and logistics. The role offers career development within a global offshore energy leader.

Qualifications

• Subsea Construction experience including pipelay, flex lay, construction, diving, or survey.
• Ability to set up and operate remote marine bases to support offshore activities.
• Understanding of international logistics and contracts.
• Experience supporting mobilizations/demobilizations of installation/construction vessels.
• Experience in project and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Set up of in-country operations.
• Support Project Execution for offshore construction and commissioning.
• Be pro-active in Health, Safety, Security and Environment management.
• Primary interface for crewing for in-country operations.
• Primary logistics interface for in-country operations.
• Manage mobilizations and demobilizations for all in-country sites and vessels.
• Support offshore operations.
• Support project close out.
