Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to join our Pennsylvania team, delivering in-community behavioral health services to clients aged 2–21. You will conduct assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families and educators to build and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This is a direct care and supervisory role requiring strong clinical insight and documentation skills.

Qualifications

Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist
BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis
Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with related experience or practicum
Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
Licensure to oversee ABA services (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/Psychologist/Behavior Specialist/CRNP)

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals
