Job summary

Clarvida in Pennsylvania seeks a part-time Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support to youth ages 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other providers to develop individualized treatment plans.

This direct care role includes supervision and clinical oversight, requiring strong documentation and ABA-aligned interventions.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for PA licensure as Behavior Specialist or BCBA.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field required; supervision/support for licensure available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies prescribed by licensed clinicians.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide documentation and regular updates aligned with treatment goals.
