Job summary

HV Talent Group is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, in-person opportunity in Ada, Oklahoma. The role covers evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of speech, language, and swallowing disorders with collaboration from patients and families.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, and BLS certification within 60 days. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MLS) required.
• Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist by the State Board.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire.
• Prior experience as an SLP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develop individualized plans of care.
• Implement evidence-based interventions with patients and families.
• Document and communicate patient progress.
• Adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Provide education and counseling to support outcomes.
• Assist with discharge planning.
• Supervise clinical fellows, students and support personnel.
