Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation, Mercy Hospital Ada in Oklahoma, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN coverage. The SLP will evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders, develop plans of care, and implement evidence-based interventions in collaboration with patients and families.

Responsibilities include progress documentation, discharge planning support, and supervision of clinical fellows, students, and support staff in line with professional standards.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with current State Board licensure.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse populations.
• Develops individualized plans of care and implements evidence-based interventions in collaboration with patients and families.
• Documents progress, adjusts treatment plans, and supports discharge planning; may supervise clinical fellows and students.
