Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support the mental health pharmacy in Rapid City. You will dispense prescriptions and perform clerical duties under a Registered Pharmacist, with typical 8-hour shifts from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in South Dakota.
Access to reliable transportation and a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and clinic staff.
Fills prescription orders and verifies under supervision of a Pharmacist.
Orders, receives and stores pharmacy supplies.
Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders.
Maintains inventory records in the computer system.
Assist in pharmacy functions and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
Perform clerical duties and maintain professional communication.
