Job summary

Aluma Care in Wichita, Kansas is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and advance evidence-based practices for children.

As a BCBA, you will develop individualized ABA plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure ethical standards are met while driving client success and outcomes. Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
