Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Kansas-based team. This role offers opportunities to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Both in-person in Kansas and telehealth options are available, with flexible scheduling and a strong focus on client outcomes. Qualified candidates hold a BCBA, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, and proven leadership and

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $70,000-$90,000 per year
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: In Person in Kansas/Telehealth Remote
