Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Program Specialist to bring our curriculum to life in our centers. You will spend 75% of your time in the classroom, mentoring teachers and modeling effective instruction while partnering with families to support each child’s growth.

If you are passionate about high-quality early childhood education and staff development, this role offers hands-on classroom work and opportunities to influence programs across centers within Minnesota and beyond.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment.
• Knowledge of state licensing requirements and early childhood education standards.
• Familiarity with NAEYC/NAC accreditation and state program guidelines (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure our world-class curriculum is presented as intended and teachers can discuss learning goals.
• Spends 75% of time in the classroom, mentoring teachers and modeling best practices.
• Partner with parents to support children’s care and education.
• Train, motivate, and lead staff and assist center management with hiring.
• Collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment, accreditation, and operations goals.
