Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies Minnesota seeks a Program Specialist to lead curriculum implementation and mentor teachers across centers. You will partner with families to support children's learning and work with center staff on hiring and program improvements.

You will spend 75% in classrooms, modeling best practices and guiding educators while collaborating with center leadership to drive enrollment and accreditation success.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education settings preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with families and colleagues.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of state licensing requirements is a plus.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure curriculum is presented as intended and teachers can discuss learning goals.
• Spend time in the classroom educating children and mentoring teachers
• Partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education for children
• Train, motivate, and lead staff; assist center management with interviewing
• Support center success by working with staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals
