Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Program Specialist to bring our curriculum to life in our centers. You’ll spend time in classrooms mentoring teachers and partnering with parents to deliver high-quality early education.

In this role you’ll train staff, support center management with hiring, and help achieve enrollment, accreditation, and operational goals while upholding our values and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with families and coworkers.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of state trainer requirements preferred.
• Awareness of NAEYC/NAC standards and state licensing preferred.
• Ability to meet state guidelines for the role.
• Physical ability to use a computer and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure curriculum is presented as intended and teach teachers about it.
• Spend time in the classroom mentoring and modeling for teachers.
• Partner with parents to support children's education.
• Train, motivate and assist center staff with interviewing and hiring teachers.
• Collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment, accreditation, and operations goals.
