Job summary

Dialysis Care Center, LLC (DCC) Fulton County is seeking a full-time In Center Hemodialysis Registered Nurse to oversee patient care and staff. You will supervise PCTs, manage schedules, monitor quality metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering safe dialysis services.

Requires an active RN license and at least 6 months hemodialysis experience; ADN is required with BSN preferred. Travel between facilities may be required with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with active RN licensure.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Hemodialysis experience preferred; PC proficient in an acute setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors PCTs and directs day-to-day patient care.
• Reviews staff documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Optimizes staffing using DCC Labor Logic for scheduling and productivity.
• Coordinates workflow with CNM; creates and updates staff schedules.
• Monitors dialysis-related quality metrics and patient outcomes.
• Delivers direct patient care including pre/post dialysis assessments.
