Job summary

DCC Leesburg is hiring a Registered Nurse for our In Center dialysis unit in Leesburg, FL. The ideal candidate will supervise Patient Care Technicians, perform routine hemodialysis nursing duties, and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements include RN or BSN, RN licensure, CPR, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel is minimal; strong communication and teamwork are essential for patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, RN or BSN.
• Current state licensure as an RN.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors PCTs and directs day-to-day patient care.
• Monitors vital signs and dialysis-related parameters.
• Administers dialysis medications and evaluates dialysis adequacy.
• Assists with patient scheduling and lab coordination.
• Ensures safety, infection control, and emergency readiness.
• Educates patients and families about ESRD and dialysis care.
