Job summary

Dialysis Care Center is seeking an In Center Registered Nurse to support daily clinical operations at our Macon, GA location. The role involves supervising PCTs, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating staffing and patient treatment scheduling while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license (BSN preferred) and have the ability to educate staff, monitor quality metrics, and participate in continuous education and quality improvement

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Maintains state licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and directs day-to-day patient care.
• Reviews new staff documentation for accuracy.
• Optimizes staffing and scheduling using DCC Labor Logic while maintaining safe staffing standards.
• Coordinates workflow and schedules across shifts; communicates efficiently with CNM.
