Job summary

Dialysis Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for in-center care in Mchenry, IL. This full-time RN will coordinate daily clinical operations, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality hemodialysis care in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should hold an active RN license, with ADN/BSN preferred, and have a patient-focused approach aligned with DCC values. Travel between facilities may be required; schedule includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• 6 months hemodialysis experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Supervises Patient Care Technicians and directs day-to-day patient care.
• Monitors patient treatment and coordinates staff scheduling.
• Documents nursing assessments, treatments, and dialysis care.
• Ensures safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicates emergencies and critical values to physicians/clinic manager.
• Participates in staff training, education, and QAPI initiatives.
