Job summary

Dialysis Care Center is seeking a Patient Care Technician for in-center duties in Chambersburg, PA. You will support safe, compassionate dialysis treatment under RN supervision, ensuring patient safety and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities include machine setup, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with staff training and patient care initiatives. The role may require floating to other facilities and working varied hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Current CCHT or state certification; or certification within CMS-required window.
• CPR card required if experienced or within 3 weeks of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Enter prescribed treatment into the dialysis machine and set up/dismantle machines.
• Monitor vital signs and document vitals pre- and post-dialysis.
• Support training of direct patient care staff under RN supervision.
• Float to other facilities as needed and assist with inventory management.
