Job summary

You will coordinate complex business processes, prepare reports, manage budgets, review invoices, and assist with division initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with progressively responsible administrative or business support experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative, analytical, financial, and operational support to the CIO/CISO.
• Coordinate complex business processes; prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business documentation.
• Support budget development, invoice review, financial reporting, and related fiscal activities.
• Assist with departmental and division initiatives; promote consistency, accountability, collaboration, and efficiency across administrative operations.
• Serve as a trusted liaison for IMT leadership, staff, Upstate departments, vendors, and other stakeholders.
